Common questions
What do I need to rent a car?
Be at least 18, hold a valid driving licence and pass a quick online check — you photograph your licence and take a selfie, it takes a couple of minutes. After that you can book any car on the platform.
When is my card charged?
When you send a request we only place a hold on your card. The actual charge happens once the host confirms. If the host declines or the request expires, the hold is released in full.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. While the request is pending, cancelling is free. After confirmation you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup — only the small payment-processing fee is kept.
How does pickup work?
Every listing shows its free pickup & return spots, and many hosts also deliver to an address for a fee. After booking you get the exact details and the car's plate, and you can sort out the rest with the host in the chat.
How do I earn with my own car?
Listing is free: photos, price, pickup spots — about ten minutes. You approve each request yourself or enable Instant Book. The money is paid out to your account at trip start.
